a few problem with punbb forum

hi. we have forum at free service.
forum adress is: http://vwkombiji.portbb.com

so we have problem.

chat would not work, we CANNOT upload NEW avatars, we can not put more than 8 images per post.

does someone have some idea how to fix this errors ?

problem with uploading avatars.

when we try to upload, than punbb write this message:
The server was unable to save the uploaded file. Please contact the forum administrator at

Check write permissions on img/avatars folder.

i cannot do that because i don't have premissions.

our forum is on some free forum/hosting service and we cannot acess to data which is ours.
