Set a topic as supersticky. When doing this, the topic will appear on top everywhere.

Example:
(Box A. About life and Box B. about online stuff)

In Box B. you have a an announchment about a big computergame, to be held somewhere. Make it a supersticky and it will also appear in Box a.

Yes, above Sticky's and in every forum rubric (also there above sticky)
