Search portal

Hi,

First, sorry for my poor english. Sorry if this post isn't in the good section.
I have a PunBB 1.4, and I search a portal.

I found Puntal, but he is not any more updated and does not work with PunBB1.4.
Idem for portal by Daryl.
Do you know another portal ?

If ever no portal exists. I would to Rename my current  page index.php in forum.php  and have this in my right-menu , and in index.php have :
- A menu on the right
- A zone to put what I want (photo, text)
- News in the center
