[?] How to delete multiple users at once?

Hi all,

Our forum uses PunBB 1.2.21.

I'm just wondering how I can delete multiple users who have 0 posts on the forum, all at once, so I don't have to manually delete them one by one?

If it's a plugin, what plugin is it?
