Logo 0.5.1 not installing

Each time I try installing logo 0.5.1, I get this error and I have waited for over 72 hours yet I get the same message.

"Sorry! The page could not be loaded.

This is probably a temporary error. Just refresh the page and retry. If problem continues, please check back in 5-10 minutes." What can I do to resolve the issue?
