Topic: Limit Members to One Thread per Day?

Is it possible to limit members to posting only one thread per day on a PunBB forum? E.g. if I set up an advertising forum running on PunBB, can I set it up in such a way that members can only post one ad per day?

Also, is it possible to limit members to posting one new thread every x hours?
