Some problems (please reply asap)

Hello i am new Punbb. I've using phpbb for months and i have some questions about punbb. I'll list them like 1, 2, 3.

1) Is there a way to replace board image with an icon?

2) I banned one of my alt accounts for testing and i can't logout the page just refreshes (action=out&id=10&csrf_token=18d0636b7ac9d62dc68ed87ca6a4e3e34c116ce9)

3) Is there a mod to add an infraction panel so mods can easier give out infractions?

4)  Any way to add group images?

5) Any way for a person to belong to 2 group images at the same time? (Example: GM and Mod).
