Mail Issue

Hi
I just installed PunBB and all is well within the forum.
However, emails are not functioning
Meaning, registration mails are not being sent and all functionality related to mails are providing the following error:

Sorry! The page could not be loaded.

Could not connect to smtp host "mail.binaryoptionsbrokerscams.com" (0) ().

I tried adding the email setting for my server but after contacting my host, they said that if SMTP Auth wasn't being used, it won't work

Any ideas on a fix?
An extension that solves this as nothing I do seems to work
