Extension allows you to configure a redirect for external links. Redirected links in the messages and profile signatures. Redirecting is performed in a new window. In the admin panel available statistics on transitions.

Я так понял что на версии punbb 1.4.2 это расширение не работает и все внешние ссылки так же передают вес. Так как я не программист, но голова работает. Я взял за основу расширение alex_nofollow и сделал так, ссылки внешние я кодирую в base64 и потом через файл php я декодирую эти ссылки. Если вы пользовались DLE знаете о чем речь, там ссылки выглядят так /engine/go.php?url=aHR0cDovL3B1bmJiLnJ1Lw==.
