Nice. However, I have a few questions.
1. You haven't translated the e-mail templates. Can you do that as well?
2. You haven't created a list of Thai stopwords. Can you do that? See this topic for information about what to include in it.
3. You've set the character encoding to Tis-620. Are you sure that's correct? I thought windows-874 was the encoding of choice for Thai.

TIS-620 Encoding is Thai Too. Not Windows-874 one. You can use between 2 endoding.

I'm Thai, too.
About Character Encoding, Windows-874 is the most popular, but it can be used only in Microsoft Windows. But the Tis-620 encoding can be used with all platform.

Ok, only one thing left. The first line in the mail templates should start with "Subject:" regardless of the language it is for. I don't know if you've removed it or if you've translated it, but it must be put back in.
