Add profile details

Hello,

I've got a sports forum and I would like to make it possible for my visitors to tell which sports team they like. Something like:

Favourite team: Los Angeles Clippers

... and then it should be shown under the avatar every time they write on the forum.

Also: Is it possible to remove things such as Jabber, ICQ and so forth?
