Topic: main-head and main-subhead borders issues

I noticed on my new site that borders are not correctly made.
I made too changes and now I did some mistakes.
Some borders are not placed, some borders need to be placed on left, some on right.... I'm trying without finally solve it.

Could you suggest me also the best color that suite that modified theme?

The url is not enough? main-head and main-subhead has not a regular border :S
