How punbb 1.4.2 Shall support the extension of the 1.3? Please help me. If it is not, then how do you verson punbb 1.3 update?

Most of the extensions should work. But it's not recommended to use it. Just change <maxtestedon> in manifest.xml to your version of PunBB.

and extensions signed for punbb 1.4 work in punbb 1.3?

I can't say that for you. You must test each extension by you.
