It may be junk or else it may be an errorin that file..

its a file for a game its a .jag file which they are the only ones that use that file i dragged it to notpad but i need to edit the file somehow

You cannot do like this directly.... It will be in coded form.

The format will be different. One way I can suggest you is.. you can use HEX editor to edit... And that too.. I am not sure...
