Topic: Punbb not displaying style

My Punbb forum is only showing a very basic layout with a white background and blue hyperlinks and all black text.  Here is the screen capture of it http://files.tinypic.pl/i/00837/46ybjg1b04d9.png  I dont understand how to fix this and since the issue is hard to describe without an image I am posting it here.
Any help is appreciated Thank You!

Not loaded style.
Open the Developer Tools in the browser (F12 or Ctrl+Shift+I) - Network tab and reload the page.
You watch the status of files and check real existence of files on these ways.
