Topic: How do you know about database modeling tool?

Have you ever used it?

I have to use it and learn to model the database.


But I don't know which one is suitable for me..

Could you recommend ?

Is modelight made by the ex-developers of ERwin?

I used openmodelsphere and eXERD and ERwin.

Openmodelsphere is freeware (Yei~!!!) but it has limitation and difficult to use...

eXERD is as like ERwin but it has integrated physics/ logic models.. I want independant model handling..

How about modelight ?? ooh wanna try smile

PowerDesigner is my favorite because it does far more than logical and physical data modeling.

Depends on if you are looking for something that you can use for free, or if you are willing to pay for it.
