Topic: IE -vs- Mozilla Firefox: Table width Dilemma

ARRGGHHH!!!

I am having a major issue with my forums filling the whole table when viewed in IE6 and yet it works perfectly in Mozilla Firefox.

Any ideas on what I am missing???

You have got PunBB nested inside the table structure which contains the banner and hr. It would be much better is you closed that table structure before inserting PunBB i.e. PunBB should be inside the main fixed width table but not inside anything else.

If you don't have it already, download the Developer Tools plugin for Firefox. You can set it to outline table elements, block elements etc so you can see the structure of your page instantly. Makes life a lot simpler.

I second that, it's the best extension for Firefox.
