Topic: not implemented

help! im trying to install the forum, but it gives me a 501 error.  i'm installing this to my machine because i'm going to run the forum off of it.ive installed php and mysql, but it gives me the same error message.  what can i do?

The files could be corrupt. Try extracting them from the archive again.
