Nice! However, the admin user he created for the demo is actually a moderator, so most of the admin stuff isn't available. Perhaps someone (me?) should drop him an e-mail.

I stoped after 102, it's just testing the voting engine,
i am not cheater, or hacker, but when i see voting i try it's if it fair or not, that was "moving in my blood", i am not trust the voting engine can be easy hack.
1- i just vote
2- i test the cookie
3- test the ip address

No, don't worry about it. I totally agree with your testing.
There seems to be some Mambo modules that haven't really been tested.
Maybe that's why Mambo is at 264 :)
