Error? dont know if installation worked

Hey when i install the IE page just goes white and says done on the bottom left, but when i goto index.php it says: Fatal error: Failed opening required './include/common.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear') in /www/cgi/Forum/index.php on line 27
