Topic: PunTranslator, tools to translate your Language pack

Hi, this is not a mod it's Tools writen in Delphi7 to easy translating punBB forum language. compareing English with your language and save your changes without remove comment or any code placed in language php files.
free and (open source after i understand what GNU mean?).

Awesome! I'm sure this tool will be greatly appreciated by the translators. I have a few remarks though:

1. Might I request that you call it PunTranslator instead?

2. If it is released under the GPL, you must include the source code in the redistributable file.

3. The select-button that you use to select a "lang folder" doesn't work. I get to pick a folder, but the folder name isn't copied to the textbox, so I have to enter it manually.

4. Perhaps the app should have some kind of wizard interface? At least a popup that details the step you need to take to complete a translation. As it is now, it's not obvious how you are supposed to use the program. Maybe also add headers to the different window controls so you understand which window shows what (i.e. which one is the english window and which one is the one you enter the translated text in).

did you mean wizard for creating new languages?
i can add search and trim, untrim tools, if be usfull.

Well, yes. Maybe not a wizard but a text somewhere that describes how to make a translation in a few steps.

Hi all
I'm searching a Translation Tool for a other System (CMS) than your Forum. I found this here and it's basically THE Tool that I need. Now, our Software uses a little bit other languagefile format. On our Project nobody can prog. Delphi.

Is there a poosibility to collaborate?

PS: Excuse my poor english ;-)

Add: Find in Local or Original language
Add: Save All: force save all files, not the changed only
Add: find for word case-insensitively
Fix: Bug when save after Upgrade 
Fix: Registry Path

I use it now for upgrade my language pack to PunBB 1.2, work good enough for me.
