If it happens again, enable DEBUG mode so we can get a better idea what's happening.

The disk that MySQL stores it's data on is full.

So how can I fix this? Or is that a question I should be asking my host?
I'm only using 30MB of my 2GB of space but I am new at creating MySQL databases so maybe I missed something out?

MySQL usually has a different max size then the regular webpages

You should ask your host. They are most likely the culprit here.
