is there a "postgre" database for win32
i seach in postgresql.ord and not found win32 released , just "8 beta"?

No, there isn't. In order to run PostgreSQL in Windows, you need Cygwin. The next version, 8, will however include a Windows port.

that becuase i want to test my MODs in all databases, i will try install v8?

it works i just installed it and uncommeted the extension in php.ini for my wampserver (although i ahd to setup a NT user for it as it can't be run by an administrator incase it messes up security i guess)
