i wanna ask , is that a full free program ? and is there any paid versions ?

and if i can Remove Copyrights or not ?

if the program is free , please tell me that's it's free forever or just like IPB ?

i will work on tell people about this prog. and invite them to Convert from vB & IPB .

It's intended to be free "forever" yes. Though, I think the guys who made IPB and vB had that intention too, so you never know.
