In this forum u'd put a code to generate a link for the post , i mean for each post .
so when the user submits the post we gote the number of the post and that number shoud be a link in which will be showen just that post

As much as i sow at the forum intalled in my web www.albamind.com/komunitet the user can edit the post when ever he/she wants. It seems not good because if i have 100 posts in this forum and i like to delete all of that what will hapened?

So as fast as u can limit a time of deleting and editing posts by users

If you think your users will do that(why would they?), just disable the possibility to edit and delete posts, it's set in Admin-Permissions. A time value aswell sounds just too complex for my taste.

I moderated a forum in www.forumishqiptar.com and i'm still moderatind a forum in www.albachat.ch and all the time i have seen that some users do that just because they can't gate something.
I always trye to have users us much as u i can and limiting the time of edit and delete posts moderator and administrator are more avalible to controlle the forums
