Im an admin for my forum...but how to I sticky a topic?

ahhh this is an easy one.
go to the topic you want to sticky and u will see an option to stick topic

isn't this a standard feature?
open the topic you want to make sticky and look at bottumleft:
you see move topic, close topic and sticky topic.....
