perhaps set up that if the forum is inactive(no posts) for 5 of it's first 7 days, it's removed (that way the testforums (that there seems to be a couple of already) will get removed after a week (and telling ppl to post there 3 times in the first week shouldn't be that hard?)

well at the moment i'm going to moderate it manually since its not too busy, also a reason alot of forums have no done much might be my fault since everyone was getting bad referer errors when they tried to change anything :S

when 1.2 is release, are you going to be able to make mypunbb.com into 1.2 or are you going to have to keep it as 1.1.5 because of the other forums you are hosting?
