i didnt install it but it seams like a good idea i was reading a post in your forum about it

It's nice. If all forums had it one could just change one's Gravatar and have it update everywhere.

Hi, I think gravatars should be as default - user could upload normal image or use gravatar...

Is this working with 1.2.10? I can't get it to install, although it's giving me a "The constant PUN_ROOT must be defined and point to a valid PunBB installation root directory." error, which I don't understand at all.
