Topic: punbb 1.2, want board footer to be always at the bottom of a page
is it possible ? a have experimented, but couldn't find nice solution, or its always fixed in some place, or its floating like a frame and overfloating other blocks

I've never seen that done with CSS. Generally it can either be in the normal document flow or glued to the bottom of the viewport like a frame.
