Topic: Dont want to require valid e-mail in "New topic", "Post reply"...

I tried searching but nothing came up.

This is my problem: I don't want to require a valid e-mail in "New topic" and "Post reply". i.e. I want the user to be able to write whatever he or she desires in that field (or just leave the field empty).

It doesn't matter whether i remove the whole e-mail feature in post.php or just the requirements for valid e-mail.

Instructions?
