Topic: mysql overhead?

Can anyone tell me what the overhead means?
And why do I only have some on a few of the forum tables?

It means that a few bytes here and there are occupied by the database on the harddrive even though they aren't used. You can "clean up" such left over bytes by optimizing the table.
