Topic: displaying forum stuff outside the forum - ie, site homepage

apart from integrating punbb with a cms, is there a way to display forum stuff (such as a list of most recent forum discussions) on pages outside of the forums? like on a site's homepage?

Look at extern.php, the top of the file has instructions.

I tried to make the extern.php work on my homepage but could not figure out the html code to do so. I attempted to use the include statement using Frontpage 2000. Can anyone help me? sad

Did you try the SSI include as well?
