Okay, I was woundering how would I go about transfering all my users, topics, and posts from my old 1.1.5 version forum, to my new 1.2 version of the punbb forum? I asked a friend who does this kind of stuff but he was busy like normal and told me I had to do it in phpmyadmin, but what do I do from there?

Okay, but what ones am i suppose to download for the language packs?

Follow these instructions to update your current 1.1.* installation to 1.2. PunBB 1.2 has completely new markup and CSS and a new format for language packs. What this means is that your current styles and language packs will have to be updated in order to work with PunBB 1.2. See the PunBB.org website for updated language packs.
It says go to punbb.org and the only place I found Lanugauge stuff was on the download page, but I dont know what ones I'm suppose to get. Or well I might be in the wrong section, I will continue to look.
Your site is in English so you don't need any language packs, PunBB installs with the English language files by default. The reference to the stylesheets is just to let you know that if you have changed your 1.1 stylesheets then you can't use your old stylesheets with 1.2. In your case you will have to make some edits to get your banner to work with PunBB 1.2 after you have upgraded. Just follow the rest of the upgrade instructions. In particular make damn sure you have backed up your existing forum first just in case.
