I haven't gotten around to customizing the color scheme yet, and the layout is only temp for my site. At the moment I didn't wrap the forum into my site, I wrapped the site around the forum. Mainly I just mean I started with the forum and made a similar layout for the site.

Note: Site isn't anywhere near being completed, and as a side note, the site doesn't contain any illegal material, but it allows its discussion in the forum/has a gba list. If these are unacceptable to be linked to from here, then I will understand if you delete this message. However, for more information about why my site has that sort of stuff, visit the home page and read the information. My site is neutral I say!
