It is a bug in the rules. When you for example write rules like this:
"This is the rules
Blabla
blabla
blala"
it´s showing like this:
"This is the rules blabla blabla blabla"

Rules
Here you can enter any rules or other information that the user must review and accept when registering. If you enabled rules above you have to enter something here, otherwise it will be disabled. This text will not be parsed like regular posts and thus may contain HTML.
Så prova att lägga till lite <br> i testen så kommer det nog på nya rader

max_w: Nej, det var just det jag ändrade. Skall man tillåta HTML i ett fält så tycker jag man ska låta det vara "ren HTML" i så fall. Förstår du vad jag menar?
