Topic: "Unknown at line 0" problem with install, please help!

Is this a permissions issue?  I've got it on 644.

Here's a screenshot.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.

I get the same errors with firefox and IE, if that is helpful.

This is a permission error. According to the error message, PHP's open_basedir restriction is in effect and it only allows PHP scripts to be executed in certain paths (see the first warning).
