If it is a converter you wanted the answer to your quesitons is probably Yes, No, No.

There is no seprate forum for converters, so i posted it here.
Any hopes of someone making one?

Why don't you ask the IPB people?
I can't imagine why anyone who likes PunBB would make a script to convert it to something else.

Posting a PunBB -> IPB converter here would be like Microsoft posting a Windows -> Linux migration tool on their website

I think that would of been when they posted Windows NT 4.0

you can do it manualy and carry over the users or do you want to carry post, users, and all?
