for some reason i got this error, i dont think it was my fault, and i dont think its the sql server cuz i can connect to my phpmyadmin. what would cause this error.

ok is there anything i can do, cuz it seem like the only ways to fix this is for local servers, im on a remote server
Talk to the people who host the site?
Try changing your database type to mysqli.
I checked out his site, it says he doesn't support it (I went directly to the mysqli file)
i talked to my site providers, they fixed the problem.
