Does this system have anonymous posting setting where no login is quried?

You can allow guests to post replies and/or post new topics on a board wide basis or for individual forums. Take a look at user group permissions and forum permissions in admin.

im having a problem...

when i post there are multiple postings showing with the same time and info..
