Topic: Subscribe to forum or entire site?

Dear PunBB Experts,

Is there a way to get email alerts when a new topic is started in a forum, or when new messages are added to all topics?  It looks to me as if it is only possible to subscribe to topics once they are started.

Getting alerts for all new messages on a site could also be useful.
