Looks like an issue with your host

i change the rules of "/root/tmp/" it dont fix the pb...

Errcode: 13 means permission denied, so if you're still getting the exact same message it is a permission problem

I gave chmod 777 to /tmp/root and I still have the pb sad

Well, it's trying to read /root/tmp, not /tmp/root

Edit: Try changing the tmp path (an example is in the previous link)

I wanted to say /root/tmp

I try to restart mysqld with -tmpdir but I dont find how to stop the deamon sad

hey

i have the same problem so thought id post here instead

in the punbb portal i checked the fetch recent topics

but then got this error message

An error was encountered
Error: Unable to fetch the recent topics.

i'm unable to get in admin panel again now. so can't restore the sql file and i bet even i did this through phpmyadmin it wouldn't work because when fetching posts it would have written code to a file i think (which file i don?t know)
