Topic: Not quite a bug, kinda just confusing or something

Before I start I would like to say "Great Forum Script", I love it.

Ok, I downloaded punbb 1.2.5 (zip)
and
Changed files only (zip)

The changes that are recommended in these links:

http://dev.punbb.org/changeset/172
http://dev.punbb.org/changeset/173

Dont seem to be reflected in the "Changed files only" as I thought they would.

Could some-one please explain what the "Changed files only" are for ??
