Topic: Moderator queue

I've looked through the current set of features and mods and don't think this is already possible.  Would it be possible to add a feature (or create a mod) that would allow topics/posts in specific forums/categories to require moderator approval before being posted to the board?

I think that's a possible feature for 1.3
In the meantime, it could be done as a mod

how do I activate this feature? I know it is now there somewhere, I just have no idea how to make it work... if you look at our forum at http://www.omnitechsupport.com you will see why we need it..
