Cant post

I made my forums last night and i was posting fine, but this morning everytime i try i post something i get this message:

The following errors need to be corrected before the message can be posted:

At least 0 seconds have to pass between posts. Please wait a little while and try posting again.

But everyone else can.

The only problems i would have thought it could be was the other admin had messed something up but i looked through the admin section and i can't find anything that he could have done wrong.
