Nice! You should modify the template files so that you get the logo and stuff at the top. That would make it even better :)

I took your advice and have now added the headers. Just trying to fid out how to set the table widths to 97% or there-abouts (because I've set all the page margins to zero)

Try wrapping everything below the header in a table with:
style="width: 97%; margin: auto"

Very nice! Can you gimme some tips on how to do that? Im getting my forum up for my HL2 mod project and i really liked the look of your forum...but remember....im a total noob at PHP.
You dont have to explain if its too much, i think i can manage without it

You don't need to know php (very well if any) to play with PunBB, just edit a CSS sheet and possilbe tweak a little format stuff.
