Yes, if someone was willing to make it, but IMO it's more trouble than it's worth

I don't think anyone is going to go into all the trouble of making it, we don't know when 1.3 is coming out, until rickard say so (the date) or he start developing and ask for help, which has i believe has not happen

its doubtful Rickard would announce a date even if he did have one in mind, it just puts unneeded pressure on him

Coincidentally, I thought a bit about making a mod for it yesterday, but now that I think about it, it's doubtful. Like Smartys said, it seems to be more trouble than its really worth. If I ever attempt it, don't expect it anytime soon.
