The forum add is "and100.mypunbb.com"
I downloaded the PUNBB1.8 from your homepage,
but I don't know how use it.

You are using a MyPunBB forum.
That means you must direct your questions to Connorhd on the MyPunBB support forums.
The PunBB 1.2.8 is if you plan to host the forum yourself.
