Awesome XHTML + CSS based forum!

A friend introduced me to punBB and absolutely like it!

I am planning to make my own punBB skin, and wondering how to intergrate into my website. For example,         http://www.nnexxezz.com/forum/.

In addition, how to make a fixed forum (slim forum)?

I have another question, how can I input background images, rather than plain background colour?
