Sorry, I don't understand following words "?? ?????" :-)
Omsf.ru uses  slightly modified layout:
- RSS icon in top right corner
- Search form for members and login form for guests in top right corner under RSS icon
- Line of external link in the footer
- RSS link near each subforum
Also I removed column headers in each subforum section because I think that they waste useful space.

Yeh, i have just completed developing one intresting feature. When you create new topic forum shows you five topics which are most closest to the subject of the new topic.
