Odd though, I wasn't able to duplicate 4 at once when I had it set up ideally for this, I could only get 2 sessions going (the issue has been brought up before).
The bug has to do with multiple entries for one ident being in the online table. When it's joined to view posts, there are as many "copies" of the post as there are identical entries in the online table.

Any of them should, technically 
I haven't tested any of them, but they would make multiple entries for the same user id/ident impossible

I solved it by letting quest not post reply's anymore. That's also has teh advantage of more members.
